Deputy Enterprises, Inc. may change the membership platform (the software/service used to maintain membership area) at anytime. Changes that result in transfer of students to updated platforms and granting new passwords will be announced by email to all currently active members. Deputy Enterprises, Inc. is not responsible for guaranteed delivery of emails. In the event of a student losing access for any reason, an email request with proof of purchase may be required to reinstate membership. Furthermore, Deputy Enterprises, Inc. reserves the right to dissolve the membership area for reasons beyond control such as economic, political, natural or financial crisis, and not excluding personal crisis that affect mental, physical or financial ability to maintain pianodragon.com.
9. Governing Law
Any claim relating to pianodragon.com shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
